Welcome

Crabtree is an independent Christian Church which has been in Harpenden for over 60 years. We are friendly with a family feel and extend a warm welcome to everyone.

Our purpose is to build up one another and to reach out into our community with God’s love, compassion and grace.

Sundays

The Sunday service is in the large rear building, starts at 10:30 and is open to anyone whether you are curious about the Christian faith, or have been attending church for a long time. The service lasts for just over an hour, style is informal so come as you are. Children join in the service for about 20 minutes, and then the children’s groups leave for their own age-related time.

  And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night.  An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. (Luke 2: 8-9)

  Welcome to Little Fishes!
  Little Fishes is a warm and welcoming toddler group for babies, toddlers, and their grown-ups. We meet every Thursday during term time from 9.30–11.00 for play, songs, and plenty of smiles.
